Product Update: Alerts When a Past Counterparty Becomes Risky

A clean wallet check is a point-in-time result. A counterparty that looked ordinary when you received a payment can later be frozen by an issuer or appear in newly ingested sanctions data. FreezeRadar now monitors the meaningful recent counterparties from eligible past scans and tells you when that happens.

What this means for you

For Pro, Pro Plus, and Business accounts, FreezeRadar keeps watch only on recent counterparties that represented more than 5% of a scan’s inbound or outbound activity. When one later becomes frozen or risk-listed, you receive a single clear alert with the address, the scan date, its share of activity, and a direct link to run a fresh scan.

You can mute an individual counterparty address from the alert center. This is a risk signal, not a legal conclusion or a guarantee about a wallet’s current balance. It is a prompt to pause and review before moving issuer-controlled assets.
