FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about what FreezeRadar measures, what it does not claim, how plan access works, and how to treat wallet-risk evidence in compliance-safe operations.

01

Does FreezeRadar guarantee that a wallet will be frozen?

No. FreezeRadar is an informational risk intelligence platform. It highlights evidence-backed risk signals and does not predict enforcement with certainty.

02

What does FreezeRadar actually measure?

FreezeRadar reviews freezeable-asset exposure, sanctions matches, high-risk labels, issuer blacklist status, counterparty patterns, funding-source signals, transaction velocity, and concentration risk where the available data supports those checks.

03

Which assets and chains are the core focus?

The product is built around freezeable assets such as USDT, USDC, PAXG, and XAUt across supported chains in the asset registry. If an asset is not registered for a chain, the scan is not treated as supported coverage.

04

Why can two wallets with similar balances score differently?

The score is not a balance ranking. It depends on direct sanctions or blacklist matches, risky counterparties, behavioral patterns, funding source, available evidence, and the depth of data returned by the provider for that chain.

05

Can a low-risk result still change later?

Yes. Labels, issuer freeze events, sanctions references, counterparty activity, and provider coverage can change over time. Watchlists and alerts are designed for monitoring those changes after a one-time scan.

06

Can FreezeRadar help bypass freezes or sanctions controls?

No. The product is designed for compliance-safe monitoring and risk management only. It does not support evasion, laundering, concealment, or provenance obfuscation.

07

What does the free plan include?

The free plan includes up to 5 free scans per day with summary-only visibility and ads on the scan loading and result views. Paid plans unlock details, watchlists, alerts, history, exports, bulk workflows, and an ads-free experience.

08

Are scan result pages private?

Shareable scan report pages can be opened directly by URL so teams can review a result without forcing a login. The API route for scan data remains protected, and user-specific actions such as history, watchlists, and sponsor entitlements depend on the logged-in user.

09

What should I do if I think a label or match is wrong?

Use the contact page and include the scan link, wallet address, chain, and the specific label or evidence you want reviewed. FreezeRadar can review product data, but legal determinations should be handled by qualified counsel.

Need a more specific answer?
