Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FreezeRadar, including our website, applications, APIs, reports, watchlists, alerts, exports, and related services. By accessing or using FreezeRadar, you agree to these Terms.
If you use FreezeRadar on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Who may use FreezeRadar
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering laws, or other laws that apply to you.
What FreezeRadar provides
FreezeRadar provides informational wallet risk intelligence for freezeable assets, including explainable screening signals related to sanctions exposure, risky counterparties, mixer interactions, and issuer-freeze sensitivity.
FreezeRadar does not guarantee that any wallet will or will not be frozen, does not provide legal advice, and does not make definitive compliance determinations for you. You remain responsible for your own due diligence, legal review, and operational decisions.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
- You may not share credentials in a way that circumvents plan limits, seat restrictions, or access controls.
Acceptable use
- You may use FreezeRadar only for lawful, compliance-safe, risk-management, research, or operational purposes.
- You may not use the service to evade sanctions, conceal provenance, facilitate laundering, assist fraud, support ransomware activity, or help any person avoid lawful enforcement controls.
- You may not probe, attack, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape without authorization, or otherwise interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
- You may not submit content, wallet data, or instructions that you do not have the right to use, or that infringe the rights of others.
- You may not misrepresent FreezeRadar outputs as legal advice, definitive enforcement predictions, or official issuer determinations.
Data inputs and outputs
You are responsible for the wallet addresses, assets, documents, notes, watchlists, and other inputs you submit to FreezeRadar. You represent that your use of those inputs is lawful and that you have any rights or permissions needed to submit them.
Blockchain and third-party intelligence data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. FreezeRadar outputs are rule-based and explainable, but they may not capture every risk factor and may include false positives or incomplete context.
Subscriptions, billing, and paid features
- Certain features require a paid plan. Plan entitlements, scan limits, watchlist capacity, export access, and history retention may vary by subscription tier.
- If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the fees and taxes disclosed at checkout on a recurring basis until cancellation, where permitted by law and your subscription settings.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins. You can cancel future renewals through the billing settings or by contacting support.
- We may change pricing, packaging, or features prospectively. Material changes will apply no earlier than your next billing cycle unless required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Intellectual property and limited license
FreezeRadar and its related software, designs, trademarks, content, and documentation are owned by FreezeRadar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal, lawful purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the service or any underlying intellectual property.
Feedback
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas about FreezeRadar, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any lawful product or business purpose without obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay fees when due, or used the service in a manner that could harm FreezeRadar, our providers, or others.
- You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including provisions relating to fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreezeRadar is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that any scan result, sanctions match, label, score, recommendation, alert, or provider response is complete, error-free, or suitable for any regulatory, legal, or business decision without independent review.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreezeRadar and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or substitute services arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of FreezeRadar for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid FreezeRadar for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FreezeRadar and its affiliates, personnel, and providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your submitted data, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction. If a separate written agreement, invoice, or order form identifies a contracting entity or jurisdiction, that designation will control to the extent of any conflict.
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If informal resolution does not succeed, disputes will be handled in the courts or forums that have lawful jurisdiction over the relevant parties and claims, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use of FreezeRadar after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
