Counterparty Concentration

A large majority of inbound or outbound volume flows to or from a single counterparty rather than being spread across many.

Why it matters

Extreme concentration is a behavioral anomaly that can indicate fund funneling, a single point of control, or dependency on one high-risk source.

How we detect it

Compute each counterparty's share of total inbound or outbound volume and flag wallets where one counterparty dominates.

Example evidence

A single counterparty accounting for the large majority of the wallet's inbound or outbound volume.
