Issuer-Destroyed Funds

The issuer didn't just freeze the balance — it permanently burned it. This only follows a confirmed blacklist and can't be reversed.

Why it matters

Destroyed funds are unrecoverable. This outranks an ordinary blacklist hit because it is the terminal action an issuer can take.

How we detect it

Match the wallet against the issuer's on-chain burn/destroy events for blacklisted balances.

Example evidence

An issuer burn event (e.g. Tether's DestroyedBlackFunds) referencing the wallet's balance.
