The wallet is not sanctioned directly, but the transfer graph connects it to a sanctioned entity within a small number of hops.

Why it matters

Indirect sanctions adjacency can still elevate freeze and counterparty-review risk, even without a direct match — issuers and exchanges do look past the immediate counterparty.

How we detect it

Trace the recent transfer graph outward from the wallet and check each counterparty against sanctions reference data, weighting severity by hop distance.
