Why was TTciefR4...QcfpXf frozen?
The wallet was blacklisted by Tether likely because it is directly associated with a source address already blacklisted by the issuer. All tracked USDT inflows originated from a blacklisted and sanctioned counterparty, indicating a high-risk linkage. The precise rationale is not publicly disclosed.
