Why was TEEpAYEN...utCoVr frozen?
The primary reason is a confirmed 'Issuer blacklist match' for USDT (Tether) on-chain, meaning the asset issuer has flagged the address. This suggests potential violation of terms or regulatory concerns related to the funds held.
