Why was TTrHak4b...eVVeH8 frozen?
The wallet was added to Tether's blacklist, which is the issuer's mechanism for freezing USDT. The direct sanctions match and the receipt of funds from a sanctioned address suggest the freeze is likely related to sanctions exposure, though Tether's specific reason is not publicly disclosed.
