Why was TQzxCjG4...zYLxts frozen?
The wallet was explicitly marked as being on an issuer blacklist by Tether (the issuer of USDT). This suggests a direct action taken by the asset provider or exchange, leading to potential freezing or restricted transfer capabilities for USDT holdings.
